林邦勇夺2011AFR方程式系列赛第11回杆位

　　亚洲AFR方程式系列赛第11回合的比赛在今天上午11点50分正式开始。晴朗的天气和12度的气温为车手做出更快的的圈速提供了理想的条件。领先的PS车队和凯飞车队延用他们典型的战略，在排位赛开始一半之后才让他们顶尖的车手出赛，为周末的正赛保留轮胎的实力。　　
　　目前在亚洲AFR方程式系列赛积分榜领先的林邦，出车10分钟就已经1:35.799的圈速，与对手拉开较大差距并排在首位。然而，五分钟之后，凯飞车队的白石勇树，佐伯和洋和霜野诚友开始了他们的排位赛，白石勇树以1:35.488领先林邦排在了首位。正当观众都认为白石勇树会顺利夺得杆位时，PS车队的林邦返回维修区更换第二套的新胎并抛出更好的成绩。最终成功以0.15秒的优势夺回杆位。
　　　　PS车队的亚历山德拉，以她记录中最快的圈速1:35.722排在了第三名。其他的几位车手均在排位赛中赛出了很不错的成绩。FRD车队的李静雯和凯飞车队的翁厚垣分别以1:37.581和1:37.238 分别跑出他们排位成绩。
　　　　亚洲AFR方程式系列赛的第十一回合会在今天的下午3点举行，这必定会给亚洲AFR方程式系列赛的车迷们带来一场精彩和刺激的赛事。林邦以0.15秒的优势领先排位赛第二的白石勇树。因白石勇树在排位赛中采用不同的轮胎战略，因此他在今天的正赛中，使用新轮胎必定能给他带来一定的优势。此外，亚历山德拉在今天的排位赛中也表现的很出色，当然下午的比赛还是存在悬念，有待观察她能否在这持久的10圈比赛中一直维持如此出色的表现。凯飞车队的佐伯和洋和霜野诚友分别排在第四和第五位，他们必定会和亚历山德拉上演一场激烈的争夺战。

　　Qualifying for AFR Round 11 took place today at 11:50pm under ideal conditions for fast lap times with 12 degree Celsius temperature under sunny skies. Leading AFR teams PS Racing and Champ Motorsport followed their typical strategy of waiting until halfway through the session to put out their top drivers in order to conserve tires for the weekend's races.　　
　　Current AFR points leader Leopold Ringbom went out ten minutes into the session and set a 1:35.799 To immediately take pole position by a solid margin. However, five minutes later Champ Motorsport's Yuki Shiraishi, Kazuhiro Saeki and Shigetomo Shimono went out to qualify, with Shiraishi taking pole from Ringbom with a fast 1:35.488. However, just when it seemed that Shiraishi had pole position, with just a few minutes left PS Racing's Rinbgom changed to a second set of new slick tires to better his time, and managed to retake pole from Shiraishi by a scant 0.15 Seconds just before the end of the session with a 1:35.330　　
　　In 3rd place was PS Racing's Aleandra Asmoebrata with by far her fastest time ever, a very quick 1:35.722. Several other drivers made very impressive times in qualifying, with FRD Motorsports' Diana Rosario and Champ Motorsports' Victor Yung achieving their quickest times ever by a significant margin at 1:37.581 and 1:37.238, respectively.　　
　　Round 11 of the weekend will be held today at 3pm and promises to bring a very exciting Round 11 for AFR fans: Though Ringbom is on pole by 0.15 seconds from 2nd place Yuki Shiraishi, Shiraishi has the advantage of fresher tires for today's race due to his different tire strategy in qualifying. Also, Alexandra Asmoebrata was blindingly quick in qualifying but it remains to be seen if she can maintain such a quick pace for the duration of the 10 laps race- and has Champ's Kazuhiro Saeki and Shigetomo Shimono starting just behind her in 4th and 5th place, sure to put up a fight with Alexandra for a spot on the podium.
